New members are welcome to join us every day without any appointment. To begin, just come to the most convenient class time and day. Our friendly staff will greet you and make you feel comfortable on your first visit. In Jazzercise you will find all adult ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels; in other words, people just like you! Instructors demonstrate both challenging movements and low-impact variations. Instructors can provide personal training tips to customize workouts for those with fitness challenges.
